When Bill Haddox started his business in 1965 he was a captive agent able to only represent one company. By the late 70's it was obvious that he needed more options to be able to do the best job possible for his clients. By 1980, Bill Haddox Insurance (BHI) was well on its way to becoming a full service independent agency.
Today BHI is a leading independent agency in Waco, Texas. We represent numerous industry leading, financially sound insurance companies and our staff offers more than 125 years of combined experience. Because of these strengths BHI is able achieve its number one goal, doing what is best for our clients.

- Bill Haddox -
Bill has more than 40 years of experience and continues to be an integral part of every aspect of BHI. He has experienced personally operating as a captive agent as well as an independent agent. Bill will tell you hands down that being independent is superior because he has more options and can do what is best for his clients.
- Michelle Haddox-Pritchett -
Michelle began working for BHI in 1993 while completing her education at Baylor. After graduating in 1994 she went to work for an insurance company in Dallas gaining invaluable experience and insight into the industry. In 1997, Michelle moved back to Waco and joined BHI concentrating on Sales and Client Development. Today she serves as the Agency Manager and is responsible for overseeing Daily Operations, Agency Accounting and Company Compliance.
- Diana Harris -
Diana began her insurance career with BHI in 1983. Today she serves as Personal Lines Manager and leads the agency in Personal Lines Sales. Diana's years of experience combined with her attention to detail and concern for the client make her a leading insurance professional in the greater Waco area.
- Sue Mullins -
Sue returned to BHI in 2002 bringing with her over 35 years of insurance experience. Today she oversees and services BHI's Commercial clients. She contributes invaluable experience and unmatched expertise to our organization.
- Traci Haddox-Brennan -
Traci began working with BHI in 2007. She is a graduate of Baylor University and has over 15 years of Customer Service and Marketing experience. She facilitates the operation of our Financial Services Division.
